All of the ice cream, sherbert,
and yogurt that you enjoy at Country Maid Ice Cream is made right here at
our only location, where premium ice cream has been made since 1948.
Many qualities go into the making of a smooth, flavorful,
and rich ice cream. First, a 12% milk and cream mix are used, delivered to
us twice each week from the dairy. Second, every flavor is prepared in a 10
gallon batch freezer. This allows each flavor to be individually produced
Our ice cream is not produced in mass quantities to be
stored for months. Instead, the 10 gallon batch freezer along with a weekly
inventory allows for the opportunity to produce each flavor with fresh
ingredients when the need arises.
Finally, our premium ice cream is manufactured with Country
Maid care and the finest of ingredients. All our ice cream flavors have a
natural base, and many are acquired from locally grown fruit.
